I don’t know about you, but I still feel like I’m recovering from the stress of the holidays.
And I’ve been struggling to find the energy to exercise consistently every day.
Instead of trying to force myself to workout (which only feels like an added stress), I’ve decided to do something different.
I’ve been doing what I call “Energy Boosting Exercises.”
Here’s what I love (and I think you will too) about these unique exercises…
First, you can do them right from home, using just your own body. (No gym membership or fancy exercise equipment needed.)
Second, they only take a few minutes to do. If you decide to do them all they’ll take less than 10 minutes. Or you can start with just one exercise, which will only take you one to two minutes.
