I have some exciting news to share.
You may remember me mentioning around Christmas that I was going to start my own internet TV show.
Well, I wasn’t sure on the exact date – I actually thought it would be sometime this Spring after we launched our upgraded version of Weight Loss & Beyond.
But last week I had this burst of inspiration, and I just decided to go with it and film the first episode.
So, here’s what inspired me…
I read an article that said only 8% of people stick to their health and weight loss resolutions. And most will quit by January 31st.
I thought to myself, I want all women in the Better Beyond 50 Community to be in that 8%!
So, I decided to create a 5-step plan to help you stick to your health and weight loss resolutions in 2019 and beyond.
It’s the very system I teach my private clients and BB50 Members to have lifelong success.
